This is the story of how two people from the snowy tundra of Michigan's U.P.,
got to the beautiful and foreign country of Italy...
Mr.W is originally from Georgia while I'm originally from Florida
We both ended up in Michigan when our parents moved there.
I got to there in 2002 and Mr. W got there in 2005.
We went to rival High Schools but met during the summer of 2007 on a trip to New York City through the Upward Bound Program.
Mr.W had just graduated and I was entering my Junior year.
We hung out alot when we got back from our trip and around October '07 we began dating.
In April of '09 Mr.W decided to join the Army and left for basic training
He was gone for 4 months and returned back to Michigan for 2 weeks.
At the end of those 2 weeks he proposed and then had to leave for his first duty station here in Louisiana
He was deployed for a short time and returned at the beginning of '09
and we got married May 23, 2009
I found out I was pregnant August 2009 and our daughter was born March 29, 2010
We have made it through our First deployment...

Shortly after we moved to Vicenza, Italy, Where we are currently living our lives and having some new adventures...
